TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES

MathTutorHelp.com provides math help services online and by e-mail ("MathTutorHelp Services") to school, college and university students. Your access to and use of MathTutorHelp Services is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using MathTutorHelp Services, you accept without limitation these Terms of Service. ("We", "us" or "our" in the following statements refer to MathTutorHelp.com).

1. MATHTUTORHELP RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

1) ONLINE TUTORING. Online tutoring is a service provided via the Internet when a MathTutorHelp tutor and a student meet online in an Internet meeting room or chat and discuss questions and answers on the subject tutored. MathTutorHelp is liable to:

  1. honor all scheduled appointments;
  2. provide the best assistance possible;
  3. follow the Terms of Service without prejudice;
  4. adhere to professional ethics during tutorial sessions.

2) PROBLEM SOLVING. Problem solving is a service provided by e-mail when a student sends his/her problems to MathTutorHelp via online submission form, by fax or e-mail, indicating the deadline. MathTutorHelp is liable to:

  1. honor all received orders;
  2. provide the customer with a free, non-obligatory cost estimate for the order as soon as possible;
  3. provide the best assistance possible;
  4. provide free support to all solutions done by MathTutorHelp: answer clarifications questions within 24 hours.
  5. follow the Terms of Service without prejudice.

3) All MathTutorHelp Services are prepaid. Until we receive the correct amount on our PayPal account, we will not start working on your problems.

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

1) You are responsible for gaining access to MathTutorHelp Services and in case this access involves third party paid services (e.g. Internet Service Provider), you recognize your responsibility for such fees. You are also responsible for the equipment necessary to access our Services.

2) You agree to not use our Services to:

  1. e-mail any materials that contain software viruses or any other files designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  2. e-mail material of inappropriate content, send spam or perform any other kind of e-mail abuse.

3) You warrant that any material you send to MathTutorHelp does not violate any third party's copyright or infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

4) MathTutorHelp reserves the copyright of the solutions it provides. You understand that these solutions are intended only for personal and noncommercial use. You cannot distribute, reprint, copy or publish them without our written consent.

5) MathTutorHelp provides solutions solely to help you understand your subject material. You cannot copy answers provided by MathTutorHelp and hand them in at your school, college or university. Therefore, MathTutorHelp is not responsible for any consequences caused by the copying of our solutions.

6) You must be 18 years or older to use MathTutorHelp Services. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain your parent's permission to use our Services. If you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, MathTutorHelp has the right to suspend or terminate your current or future use of MathTutorHelp Services.

3. SERVICE REGULATIONS

1) ONLINE TUTORING. You may reschedule the online tutoring session at least 12 hours in advance free of charge, otherwise RESCHEDULE FEE of $10 will apply. If you fail to show up for a scheduled online tutoring session during 1 hour after the planned start time without notification, 1 hour standard rate will be applied as a standby fee.

2) PROBLEM SOLVING.

  1. When sending us the problems, you should indicate the DEADLINE - the date and time (optional) when you wish to receive the solutions. If your deadline includes exact time, please indicate your time zone. BY DEFAULT, TIME ZONE IS EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST). For example, if you indicate the deadline of January 1, this means that the problems are to be solved by January 1, 11:59 pm EST. An example of an exact deadline is: January 1, 3 pm PST. If you are not sure what your time zone is, please check it here
  2. Once you place an order (that is, accept our cost estimate and pay the fees online), you cannot cancel it under any circumstances. Since we start working on your problems right after the money transfer confirmation has been received, cancellation is unjust as it would result in unrecoverable expenses.
  3. Minimum Problem Solving service fee is $10.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

1) We NEVER disclose our customers' personal information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) without their consent.

2) We accept online credit card payments and payments through Paypal accounts. Your credit card information goes directly to PayPal, is not registered by MathTutorHelp and is protected by high-level encryption.

5. CANCELLATION/TERMINATION OF SERVICE

1) MathTutorHelp will terminate its Services immediately in case any of the following occurs:

  1. failure to pay any outstanding past due balances;
  2. failure to behave in a proper manner.

2) You may terminate any of MathTutorHelp Services at any time. Just e-mail us at ineed@mathtutorhelp.com or submit your message through the contact form at MathTutorHelp.com website.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly understand and agree that:

1) MathTutorHelp is not responsible for technical difficulties associated with the Internet connection, computers, all the related services and software. Any standby caused by technical malfunction on MathTutorHelp 's side will be compensated by extending the current session by standby time or rescheduling the interrupted session.

2) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of MathTutorHelp Services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

3) MathTutorHelp is not responsible for its customers' academic performance, grades and level of knowledge.

7. REFUND AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

1) ONLINE TUTORING. If you cancel the Service at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time you will get a full refund of the money, otherwise a CANCELLATION FEE OF $15.00 will apply.

2) PROBLEM SOLVING. You may not request a refund once you have paid for the service, unless you did not receive the solution(s) before the agreed deadline. In this case, you are eligible for a full refund. We may not be able to solve your problems and fulfill your order in case one or more of the following occurs:

  1. the information you provided is not sufficient to solve the problem(s);
  2. your problem statement is unclear;
  3. you have not paid the full cost of the service;
  4. we are overloaded or suffering from other unforeseen circumstances.

If any of these happens, we will inform you via e-mail you and fully refund your money upon your request.

3) For the PROBLEM SOLVING SERVICE we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If you are not happy with the solutions and can provide evidence that the solutions are wrong, we will refund you money. Note: We will not consider the claims stating that the problems were solved with a method different from the one you expected, unless the desired method was included in your order. Typographical errors are not considered as a cause for a refund. You have to apply for Money back guarantee within 30 days since you receive a solution from us.

4) ANY PAYMENT SENT TO US IN DISAGREEMENT WITH THE INVOICE WILL BE REFUNDED, BUT WE'LL KEEP 10% OF THE AMOUNT. THEREFORE WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING ANY PAYMENTS PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRICE QUOTE FROM US.

5) If you are not content with the quality of the Services we provide, you may stop using our Services. However, no refunds are to be granted for completed orders unless you apply for the Money Back and we satisfy your claim.
